New directors, yet not new faces to Team Systematic!

Ben (back left), Jacqui (middle) and James (right) have recently become our Commercial, Operations and IT Directors, respectively, marking a new era in our family business, under the leadership of Finance Director and MD Sharon Robey, (front left). Hopefully, the ‘good things come in threes’ rule applies!

2022 has been a tragic year due to the sudden loss of Chris Robey. Our team are resolute in building on the values and legacy of Chris. One element of this is the succession plan that Chris had developed with Sharon; taking steps to give our team a greater and more meaningful stake in running our successful business. Family values certainly remain at the heart of our approach, as we look to have a positive impact on our clients, team and community.

We are thankful for the support of our lovely and loyal clients, particularly as the end of August marked the most successful trading year in our 47-year heritage.

Having more directors within our business reflects not only our growth, but the increasing diversity of projects that we handle. We’re renowned for our print capabilities, yet our service offer is now led by mailing projects and the production of many marketing resources. We’ve also had a dedicated design, and now animation studio, within Systematic for over two decades.

In the last year, we’ve launched our own range of curated sustainable corporate gifts. Sustainability is another cornerstone of the business. We continue to work hard to reduce our carbon footprint, helped most recently by the installation of solar panels at our site. We are also proud to have an all-electric fleet. By 2025 we’ll be looking to offset our residual emissions, to become carbon neutral.

With Chris very much in mind, we’re looking forward to the future of Systematic full of optimism in the knowledge that together we can achieve great things. Synergy comes from the positive difference we are also looking to make with our clients, across the widest range of design, print, mailing and marketing projects.
