In 2020 PPH Commercial was recognised as the most active firm of commercial property agents in South and East Yorkshire. This proactivity is supported by well designed, impactful printed brochures, which we’ve provided to PPH for over 3 years.
The PPH Property Guide is printed twice a year, a property brochure that physically connects PPH to their target audience. It profiles retail, office, industrial and investment properties that are available across the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire regions. Each Property Guide includes some advertising space too, to share additional marketing messages.
We apply text files and property images to a bespoke grid layout and text is formatted using character and paragraph styles that maximise readability and brand consistency through the publication. Careful consideration and creativity are applied to cover artwork giving the printed brochure a magazine feel. Each edition has a distinctive front cover, often achieved with a print finish, such as a spot UV varnish or foil. The result is a tactile, trusted piece of print that has longevity.
The Property Guide artwork we create is shared as a PDF with our client, enabling them to generate further value from it online and in email marketing. Our team also offer mailing capabilities to PPH, for an efficient design to doormat service that allows PPH to concentrate on their business goals and those all-important property deals!
