Dataplan process over £200 million pounds of payroll each month, using a combination of epayslips and pressure seal payslips, which previously were securely printed, sorted and mailed in-house. It is an important yet time-intensive process and given the growth trajectory of the business, the Dataplan team knew that it was time to talk about more than just print with Systematic.
With mailing services integral to our work, we were able to respond with an integrated print, data processing and mailing solution. A highly secure process supports the transfer of data from Dataplan. It is processed in a strictly controlled production facility, with Dataplan’s pressure seal payslips directly overprinted, as are any P45s, before being collated, bagged or boxed, then mailed, as early as the next day to Dataplan customers. We maintain supplies of the bespoke stationery that supports this process and reinforce the automated emails that Dataplan receive when they upload data, with monthly reports to confirm that our contractual key performance indicators are in check. This tried and trusted process has transformed a key business process for Dataplan, without any capital investment on their part.
